Casa da Parreira (Grape Vine House) is a charming hillside retreat offering breathtaking views, complete privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. The house stays cool in the summer and features a traditional grapevine, adding to its authentic Algarve charm. There is also a large lemon tree on the grounds offering a good amount of shade and of course fresh lemons for a sunset G&T !

Is there a story behind the house?
Yes! Casa da Parreira is named after the beautiful grapevine that grows on the property, providing shade and character. When bearing fruit the grapes are sweet and delicious. The house blends traditional Algarve architecture with modern comforts to create a relaxing and inviting stay.

The house includes:

• 3 spacious bedrooms
• 2 comfortable good sized bathrooms
• A fully equipped kitchen
• A cozy living area with fire place, dining table and TV area including playstation.

• A garden and terraces perfect for relaxing

Is there WiFi and air conditioning?
Yes, the house has WiFi and AC. However the building is designed to stay cool in summer, making it a comfortable retreat even during warmer months.

• Faro Airport – 25 minutes
• Beaches – 22 minutes
• Loulé city center – 10 minutes (with restaurants, shops and famous markets)

Yes! Loulé has fantastic local markets, bakeries and restaurants serving delicious Algarve cuisine.

What activities are available nearby?

Yes, we highly recommend having a car to explore the area comfortably. The house is in a peaceful hillside location, and a car makes it easier to visit nearby attractions, beaches, and shops.

Yes, there is free parking at the property.

How do I get to the house from Faro Airport?
The house is a 25-minute drive from Faro Airport. We will provide detailed directions upon booking.
